The people were wonderful, our only complaint was the front lobby was closed.

Nice room, spacious, clean efficient - good for family/business.

When we arrived, the lobby and public spaces of the facility were under reconstruction and not available to us. Although not a major inconvenience, it would have been nice to have known in advance that we would be using a side entrance and that our room was the only space accessible to us. ...read more

Under ordinary circumstances, this would have been just perfect, but for the pool painting noxious smell. But our room window opened, so we were okay to sleep which was all we needed. I'd just check in the future if there are repairs going on. ...read more

Large entrance way led directly to a reception desk with alert and welcoming staff who took care of our registration in a warm, friendly, and efficient manner. Room was clean, well-lit; the bathroom was nicely furnished with plenty of towels and hot water. Nice hotel.

We heard the were going to start re-doing all the rooms and I think that is a good idea. It was clean enough but outdated. The halls smelled so bad like overuse of carpet fresh it made me wonder what they were trying to cover up. The pool was way too cold and I did not feel heated was a word I would have used.
